Shipping Information
Confirmation &Tracking Information: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed and another when your order has shipped. When receiving this, please confirm your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect once the package is in route. Orders returned to us because of address error will not be shipped back until the customer corrects the information and pays for additional shipping costs.
International Shipping: We currently ship only within the United States.
Shipping Delays: While we make every effort to meet our shipping timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control (weather events, carrier delays, etc.). We appreciate your understanding in these situations.
Local Delivery: We offer free local delivery within Martinez, Georgia and Evans, Georgia. Please allow 48-72 hours for delivery (non-embroidered items).
Lost/Stolen Packages: Currently we ship via USPS and UPS. The business is not responsible for any items that go missing during transit or are misplaced upon delivery. Once your package is shipped, the business is no longer responsible should it get lost or stolen. If you would like a signature confirmation, shipping insurance or alternate expedited shipping methods, please email us at the time of your order.

Regular Merchandise (Non-Embroidered Items)
Returns
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
- Original receipt or order confirmation required
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Honey and the Hedge is not responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
- Exchanges accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
- If exchanging for an item of greater value, the difference will be charged
- If exchanging for an item of lesser value, the difference will be refunded as STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Sale Items: All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom Embroidered Items
No Returns or Exchanges
- Due to the personalized nature of custom embroidery, these items cannot be returned or exchanged
- Please review all details carefully before submitting embroidery orders
- Once you approve a digital proof, we cannot accept returns based on design preferences
- Only upon request, we can send a digital proof of your approval before completing embroidery work. This may delay shipping timeframe.
Defective Items: If you receive a defective item (manufacturing defect, damage not caused by wear), please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue through repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
Return Shipping: For returns due to customer preference, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Store Credit & Gift Cards
- Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue
- Gift cards do not expire and are non-refundable
Cancellations
- Regular orders may be canceled prior to shipping for a full refund.
- Custom embroidery orders may be canceled only before production begins (typically within 24 hours of ordering).
- Once custom embroidery production has begun, orders cannot be canceled.
